OUR SERVICES
Stream Services offers a range of high-quality NDIS supports for people in regional, rural and remote Queensland.
Supported
Independent Living (SIL)
A place to call home, right in your community. We offer SIL homes and in-home SIL services so you can stay close to the people you love, in the town you know.
Dietetics
Our dietitians provide evidence-based guidance related to gut health, diet and nutrition through an individualised plan for your specific health concerns. With experience across community, medical centres, private hospitals and aged care facilities, our team can provide the service you need.
Support Coordination
Our Support Coordinators are experts at helping you understand your plan, activate it, and find service providers and products best able to meet your individual needs.
Psychology
We focus on supporting individuals and their networks to develop caring environments designed to foster healing and learning opportunities. Through a range of treatments, interventions and educational practices, we can help manage mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and stress, identify barriers for change and development, or provide clinical interventions for other mental health challenges.
Occupational Therapy
We work with people living with permanent and significant disability to help them participate in everyday activities and lead healthy, independent lives. Occupational therapists are frequently funded by the NDIS to work with Participants to achieve their goals.
Lifestyle Support
Assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily living.
We provide regular opportunities for connection, socialisation and skill building through activity groups and visits in a variety of settings.
We have an ever-growing team of Lifestyle Support Workers, Support Coordinators and Allied Health professionals operating across multiple locations in Central Queensland.

and the approach to deliver quality care across distance. We can travel to you, integrate with
your community, and tailor our services to your needs. Every community is different, and we
work with you to make it happen.
PRICING
How Does Stream Services Set Its Pricing?
Stream Services sets its service prices based on the National Disability Insurance Scheme’s NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Our pricing is also based on your location. The NDIS has three categories: non remote, remote, and very remote. You can check which category applies to you using the Health Workforce Locator map.
How Does The NDIS Set Its Pricing?
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) sets price limits for supports to ensure value for money for participants. Prices are reviewed annually, with updates effective 1 July each year.
