Stream Services provides NDIS supports to Australians in rural and regional areas, offering a range of high-quality services including Supported Independent Living, Lifestyle Support, Support Coordination and Allied Health Services including Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, and Psychology.
Operating out of Central Queensland, Stream Services was created to overcome the challenges that many rural and regional communities face in accessing NDIS services. Small-town life is in our DNA, and community and connection are at the heart of everything we do.

At Stream Services, we specialise in delivering Supported Independent Living services for NDIS Participants in remote, country and outback communities across Queensland.
Our mission is to offer you a place in a SIL home, or SIL services in your existing home. A home where you can stay close to the people you love, in the town that you know. A home where you are cared for, where you are safe, and where you will thrive.

SUCCESS STORIES
The Townsville Trip: NDIS Goals Become Reality!
Two of our wonderful Support Workers accompanied two of our NDIS participants on a weekend away to Townsville.
The goal of the trip was to fulfil Stephen’s long-held goal of planning out and going to the Townsville Stadium to watch the Cowboys play. Tony joined Stephen for the trip so they could share costs and give him more confidence with his social and problem solving skills to be able to attend community events and build more social connections.
The trip was an outstanding success, not only ticking off bucket-list experiences for both participants, but also building their confidence in different scenarios and stretching their boundaries. It’s incredibly important for NDIS participants in remote areas of Australia to have these diverse experiences to enrich their lives, and Stream Services is proud to deliver them.
