The Administration Support Officer role is responsible for looking after the day-to-day administrative activities relating to the service provisioning as a registered NDIS provider. The role is reporting directly to the management team and while based in either Clermont or Townsville, will involve travel to the other location for one out of every three or four weeks, or as required. You will be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle for any work related travel.
The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient, effective, professional and client focused administration support function, engaging with a team of approximately 20 staff, including management, allied health, support staff and other business functions. There may be the opportunity for a job share arrangement.
