Welcome Pack

Upon joining Stream Services, all of our participants receive a digital Welcome Pack containing all the documents about our service delivery and standards — including things like how we maintain your privacy and confidentiality, how to make a complaint, and how to use your NDIS plan.

As our clients, it’s super-important (and also a legal requirement) that you have access to all these documents.
